Cleaning Fee - $150

Included in the rental rate. Home is professionally cleaned to the owner's standards.  This is not negotiable.

Dog Fees - $100 for entire stay

Dogs stay ONLY if the dog is well behaved and does not jump on furniture.  Large breeds are welcome!

Discounted Extended Stay Rates available upon request

One half the rental amount required within 30 days of arrival date and the remainder required within 14 days of arrival date.
